The Ardèche has no really difficult areas. Anyone who knows how to swim and is older than 7 can manage it.
* The mini descent Vallon Pont d'arc / Chames: 7 km
This small itinerary is ideal for beginners and teaching children. Saunter under the Pont d’Arc, have a picnic, take a dip… leave when you want for 2 hours, 3 hours or more.
* The natural reserve Chames / Sauze: 24 km
With a picnic in your watertight container off you go for a day of adventure in a protected site, accessible only by boat or on foot.
* The big descent Vallon Pont d'arc / Sauze: 30 km
The journey under the Pont d’Arc and through the natural reserve.
In 1 day, leave early so you can enjoy as much as possible (from 8 am).
In 2 days, to make the pleasure last and live the adventure to its full with
1 night in one of the designated bivouac areas.
